Tourist And Recreational Center Manjača

Water skiing, a sports summer camp in nature for children of school and preschool age, a landscaped walking path, a beach bar, are just some of the facilities by the "Manjača" Tourist and Recreational Center. The Center for the Development of Agriculture and Villages, which manages the complex on Manjača, together with its partners, strives to enrich the offer for all visitors of this beautiful landscape and Lake Šljivno.When it comes to water skiing, they point out that it is the first and only Wake-park in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the longest installation on a lake in Europe, which opens the door for the organization of international competitions in the future. Sports summer camp in nature for children of school and preschool age is organized by the "Kasper" Sports School, where children have the opportunity to try numerous activities on the water (kayaking and canoeing, rafting, etc.). A water park has been set up on the lake, and an inflatable park has been set up next to the lake, which can also be used by camp participants. Around the lake there is a two-kilometer walking path, and this year the tourist offer of the complex has been enriched with a beach bar, and there is also a catering facility - they point out from the Center, noting that the implementation of new projects is also planned in the coming period, which will to enrich the offer of the lake. The Center for the Development of Agriculture and Villages, the City Development Agency and partners in the project are continuously designing new contents and activities that will make this locality more accessible and richer. Through these partnership activities, we expect a large number of new jobs, which once again speaks of the justification of this project.
