Petar Kočić House

The old and improvised house of Petr Kočić in his native Stričići was built in 1966 for the first "Kočić Choir", on the land of Kočić's grandfather. The house is wooden, covered with shingles, renovated mainly before the choir held at the end of August. In 2012, the renovation of Kočić's house began, as did the construction of the Kočić hearth complex. The idea was to give the complex a form most similar to the one it was at the time when the writer was born there.
