Archives of Republic of Srpska - The Archives of the Republic of Srpska is Republic administrative organization within the Ministry of Education and Culture. By the Article 40 of the Act on Ministries ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Srpska" no. 70/02) and the Article 37 of the Act on Archival Activity ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Srpska" no. 35/99 and 9/00), the Archives carries out the determined activity in the whole territory of the Republic of Srpska. On the basis of the provision of the paragraph 2 Article 64 of the Act on Cultural Values ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Srpska" no. 2/95), the Archives has a status of a central institution for the protection of cultural values.
